process and manage your bookings, including sending confirmations and updates about your reservation; operate, maintain, and improve the E-Deals platform, including the search, filtering, and recommendation features; communicate with you about deals, offers, and account-related notices; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; and meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Nigeria.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only where necessary, including with:

Hotel and property partners — to fulfil a booking, we share the details needed for the property to honour your reservation, such as your name, contact details, and stay dates.

Payment processors — to securely process payments in Naira (NGN), your payment details are handled by licensed payment providers; E-Deals does not store full card numbers.

Service providers — companies that help us run the platform, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, under confidentiality obligations.

Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of E-Deals, our users, or the public.
