These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the E-Deals website and platform (together, the "Service"), operated by E-Deals ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, searching for deals, or making a booking through E-Deals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use E-Deals or make a booking. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
E-Deals is a platform that helps you discover and book accommodation offered by independent hotels, apartments, and other properties ("Partners") across Nigeria. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the Partner for your stay.
E-Deals is not the owner or operator of the properties listed and does not provide the accommodation itself. We act as an intermediary that facilitates the booking and payment process between you and the Partner.
When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to book the selected room or property for the dates, guests, and price shown at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or the Partner.
You are responsible for checking that the details of your booking — including dates, room type, number of guests, and any special requests — are correct before you confirm payment.
All prices displayed on E-Deals are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include the charges set by the Partner at the time of listing, unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and discounts may change at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Partner and are shown before you complete your booking. Some deals, particularly last-minute and flash-sale offers, may be non-refundable or have limited cancellation windows.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time, in line with the applicable cancellation policy and our payment provider's processing times.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
When using E-Deals, you agree not to:
use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or Partner systems; submit false booking information or make fraudulent bookings or payments; or copy, scrape, or resell listings or pricing data without our permission.
Property details, photos, amenities, and reviews are provided by Partners or sourced from third parties and may not always be fully up to date. We encourage you to confirm key details directly with the Partner where possible. E-Deals is not responsible for the accuracy of content provided by third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Deals makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or any listed property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Deals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your stay at a Partner property, including issues relating to the quality, safety, or condition of the accommodation itself, which remains the responsibility of the Partner.
You agree to indemnify and hold E-Deals harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
